At MTS DNC Energy Consultants Limited, we provide professional BER assessments across Dublin, with a fast 5-day turnaround and some of the most competitive pricing in the region.
We are SEAI-registered and experienced in both domestic and non-domestic assessments, offering flexible payment options and full support throughout the grant application process.

We provide Non-Domestic BER (Building Energy Rating) assessments for a wide range of commercial buildings across Dublin and beyond. Whether you own or manage an office, retail unit, warehouse, or mixed-use property, we can help you meet SEAI regulations with speed and accuracy.

We offer highly cost-effective services with a typical turnaround of one week. Our standard fee is €495 (inclusive of VAT and SEAI registration fee).
Please note that properties with extensions may incur additional costs, depending on complexity.
The SEAI currently offers a €200 grant towards the technical assessment of your home. This grant is available only when applied for in conjunction with the Heat Pump System Grant.
